A Little Bit on How
Evaluations Help
Your child is highly
intelligent but
"shuts down" or
can't get their
thoughts on paper.
There may be a Processing Speed or Executive Functioning deficit not yet identified.

You’re told your child just needs to "try harder," but you see them working as hard as they can.
This is often can be a sign of unidentified Dyslexia or a specific learning disability.
Your 2- or 3-year-old is missing milestones, and you feel a "race against the clock."
The "First 5 Years are critical for early intervention. I specialize in Early Development to ensure your child hits the ground running by Kindergarten.

Evaluations and Cost

Comprehensive Psycho-Educational Evaluation
Is your child struggling with academics, emotions, or "hitting a wall" at school? This evaluation uncovers the challenges and provides a clear path forward.
What’s Included:
-
The Full History: A deep review of records and (when needed) a real-world school observation.
-
360° Testing: Direct assessment of intelligence, academic skills, processing, and emotional development.
-
The Blueprint: A personalized report with actionable recommendations tailored to your child’s life.
-
The Reveal: A follow-up meeting to walk through the results together.
Continued Support: Your investment includes three extra hours of consultation to be used over the next 6 months—whether you need more questions answered or want me to join a school meeting to turn the report into a plan of action.
Ages 5 and up
Total Cost $ 3000

Neuro-Psychoeducational Evaluation
Mapping the "How" and "Why" of Learning
I go far beyond standard IQ scores to see how your child’s brain actually processes information. From memory and focus to emotional regulation, and learning differences, I find the "glitch" in the system and provide a roadmap for success

-
Best for: Parents that need to understand more than a typical psychoeducational evaluation provides. Adults that need more information. And for children or adults that have experienced traumatic brain injury, stroke, brain cancer, or concussion(s) that have resulted in memory changes, behavioral changes, and learning difficulties.
Ages 8 and up
Total Cost $ 5000

Autism Evaluation
I use a comprehensive "detective" approach—interviews, intelligence testing, and sensory profiles—to determine if Autism is part of your or your child's unique wiring.
The Process:
-
Deep-Dive Assessments: Multiple 2–3 hour sessions to gather the full picture.
-
The Master Plan: A detailed, written report with personalized recommendations for home, school, or work.
-
The Reveal: A follow-up meeting to walk through the results and answer every question.
Beyond the Results: I don’t just hand you a report and walk away. Your evaluation includes three additional hours of consultation to be used within six months, ensuring you have expert support as you begin your new roadmap.

Ages 3 and up
Total Cost $ 2500

Targeted Evaluations
There are situations where parents seek more targeted evaluations for various reasons.
ADHD: Evaluation is focused on gathering information through interviews, rating scales, and direct testing to see if ADHD impacts you or your child.
Ages 6 and up
Total Cost $1000
Specific Learning Disorder: The focus of this comprehensive assessment is to identify if you or your child present with dyslexia, dyscalculia, and/or dysgraphia.
Ages 6 and up
Total Cost $2500
Intelligence Testing: This assessment will provide an overview of your or your child's intellectual functioning.
Ages 4 and up
Total Cost $600
School Readiness: Focus is to determine readiness for Transitional Kindergarten or Kindergarten entry, and how parents can help their child get ready.
Ages 3 to 5
Total Cost $800

Independent Educational Evaluation
(IEE)
The "Second Opinion" You Can Trust
Do you feel the school district’s testing missed the mark? You have the legal right to a second, impartial opinion—often at no cost to you. I provide high-level evaluations to provide a second opinion that could secure the IEP or 504 plan and services your child truly needs.

-
Best for: Parents who disagree with a school's results or were told their child "doesn't qualify."

For Adults
Adults may need to access an evaluation for higher education or job related needs. Typically adults will struggle with attention, autism, various other processing challenges that can translate into learning disabilities or social difficulties. These can directly affect academic learning at the college level or job related performance.
Since evaluations will be unique to each person, a price needs to be determined after speaking with the client and determining the assessment needs.
