Booking Services
Access to book, schedule, and pay for services can be done through the Client Portal once you decide to become a client with Supporting Diverse Minds. You will need to request to become a client/member using the Client Portal. Once you receive access you will be able to navigate through the services and see the service provider's calendar and contact information. Your privacy is very important to us. Please do not send any Protected Health Information on the Contact form used to reach us using this website. If you have any questions about the booking and paying for services, please send an email.
Assessments
In-Take Session
Consultation
After the consultation session, you will receive an estimate in writing providing the final evaluation fee.
For private pay evaluations, after the Take-In Session appointment, a 50% payment of the cost of the evaluation is required and processed. The remaining balance is paid when the results appointment is scheduled. A report will not be written until full payment has been received.

Consultation and Intake Session Fee is $125 per hour, and may be built into the final cost should you move ahead with services.
Linked Services
For our Linked Services with our network contracted providers, the fees are typically set at per hour cost. Payment is expected at time the appointment is made.

We want to make the payment process as easy as possible. We accept VISA, Mastercard, and cash. You can pay securely with your Credit Card.

Supporting Diverse Minds is an out-of-network provider. You are encouraged to call your insurance company to see if they would accept a Super Bill for assessment services completed. You may be able to receive 50% of the cost returned to you by the insurance company. We may be able to help you with codes requested by insurance companies. ​​
